  1. Please remember certificate completion could take up to 24 hours (Monday-Friday)
  2. On an Additional Insured request your vendor may require “Special Wording”, which may require the carriers approval. This could take up to 72 hours (Monday-Friday)
  3. *You may be required to provide additional information upon request to complete the certificate process. If this is the case, one of our Account Managers will contact you directly for this information.
